If you have a change of mind, you can return an item within 30 days, providing it is unused and in resalable condition.

Refunds will be processed using the payment method of which the purchase was made, within 2 business days from the date of which the return is received.

If you would like to return an item, please email info@apricityandco.com.au with your order number and details of the return.

Note: Shipping costs for refunds are at your own expense. A refund may take 5-7 working days to reflect against an account, depending on your bank. We recommend that a proof of postage is obtained by you, for your return, in the unlikely event that we do not receive your return.
